Return Policy

 

 If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction we will accept returns within 30 days of order date, providing that the merchandise is unworn and in its original "New" condition with tags attached (including packaging for individual items).

NEW, means just as you received it. If the item has deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, smoke or any other smell other than "new" then it cannot be returned.

 **ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. ** To obtain a return authorization number, please email CustomerService@Nyteez.com with:

Order Number;
Email address;
Item Description;

 

 Non Returnable Items include: Seasonal items, Stockings, Body Stockings, Underwear, Lotions, Oils, Soaps, Candles and any other consumable item.

 

 - Refunds only, no exchanges.  If you need another size or color please re-order.  

 - Unauthorized Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 - NO Refunds for returns not in original condition.

 - Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.

 - A minimum of $5.95 S&H will be deducted from refunds for orders that qualified for free shipping.
