inappropriate?  Ummm….they are pantyhose!  Why are sheer to waist pantyhose perfectly acceptable for anybody to wear wherever they want, but pantyhose that are only sheer in some places are unacceptable or trashy?

Personally, I think garterbelt pantyhose are HOT and a great way to add a little pizazz to an outfit.  With all the fun patterns and textures available these days who wants to wear boring tights or hose?

My husband and I went to Thunder Valley Casino & Resort last Thursday for a one night Getaway.  It is in Lincoln, Ca only a 1.5 hour drive from us, so it is a great one night place to go.  This is the nicest Indian casino I have ever been too.  I love the decor, it is all earth tones, no sickening purple & pink carpets & wall papers.  I think what I like the most, being a non-smoker, is this casino dosen’t smell like smoke.  They must have an incredible ventilation system.

The rooms are the nicest casino rooms I have ever seen and I have been to casinos in NJ, Vegas, Reno, Tahoe and California.  The beds are super comfy, the bathroom is awesome!  It has a big soaking tub and a separate marble shower.  They have Keurig coffee makers   in the room! So bring your own k-cups if you like more than 1 cup in the morning.  They supply 2ea of coffee, decaf and teas.  Speaking of coffee, we found a self serve free coffee station in the casino!  No more waiting 30 mins in the line at the one coffee shop in the casino.

We ate breakfast and lunch in the Thunder Cafe it was also very good!  They served one of the best hamburgers I have ever had.  Seriously!  For breakfast we both had NY steak & eggs.  The steaks and eggs were cooked perfectly!

I treated myself to the Popular Spa Package.  100 mins of pure bliss!  It included a body polish with a salt scrub, a 50 min massage, I chose deep tissue, this also included hot stone therapy after that, I got a pedicure!  The spa facilities are beautiful and relaxing I could have spent all day in there.  I will certainly be back for more spa treatments.

If you are in the Sacramento area, looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the Thunder Valley Casino & Resort.  If you don’t like to gamble there is shopping galore just a mile or 2 away in Roseville.

I just read this article ‘Date night’ was wrecking my love life and I knew it had to be written by a man.   He goes on about how scheduling a night (date night) once a week, to have sex was boring to the point where he dreaded date night.  WTH?!  What guy is going to turn down a guaranteed night to have sex?!   Apparently some men, think “Date Night” should be spontaneous and not planned.  Well, I got news for ya!

Date Night is like foreplay.  Women need this, especially now that most women work and raise kids and clean house and cook dinner and do the shopping and do the laundry and and and.  If we don’t schedule in a time to be with you, then it ain’t gonna happen!  Most women are not going to stop in the middle of dinner, or laundry, or cleaning, or whatever to go have spontaneous sex with you.  Once in a while is OK, but all of the time is boring and selfish on your part….we are busy and tired, we want a Date Night.

Women love Date Night!  It is a night we can fantasize about.  We can relax, get dressed up and go out to dinner.  Or we can go for a hike, a walk on the beach, SOMETHING that is just the 2 of us together and no work or kids.  Women like to plan these things and make it special.  Date night is supposed to be special, not boring.  I am guessing the man who hates Date Night, is also a man who hates foreplay.  In other words…a selfish bastard! 

I didn’t like any of the Giveaway widgets I found.  One of them required you to login w/ Facebook, one was too complicated, it worked off a points system (3 points for posting about giveaway on Twitter, 2 points for posting comments, etc), the formats were too big for sidebar placement and there was no easy way to add an image of the giveaway prize to the widget.  I could go into full geek mode and re-write the widget to re-size and include an image, but I have enough on my plate right now with trying to dig my Blog out from the depths of the internet abyss.

Our trip to Florida was cheaper than our trip to Cancun. BUT, since we don’t eat carbs, we don’t eat much. We save a lot of money because we are not constantly eating. We also saved money because we were off the beaten path. If we had stayed in Miami the trip cost would have doubled.
